  Place the item back in its original retail packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and ear tips are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
